Positive: Location. Cleanliness.
Negative: No paper towels in the kitchen. No laundry access, even though it states that there is a laundry at five dollars a load, there is no laundry.

105 HOUSE RULES!!! - STAY AWAY
Positive: Nothing
Negative: The owner / manager was a nightmare to deal with. They just sent an automated AI message voice clip which was unhelpful and didnt provide details. There were over 105 house rules!!!!! I wish I was kidding.I had to wait 25 minutes for check in details as I couldn't find it buries in the flood of rules.
First round of rules was 0-25 rules. Next message 2 rules, then 11 more rules. Then 4 more. Then another 3, followed by a request for a 10 star rating. Then another list of rules, this time using the alphabet. When they ran out of the 26 letters of the alphabet, they started aa, bb, cc etc until JJ. Then another group of rules for number to 7. I wish I was kidding!! AI estimated 105 rules and a total at 2950 words for all these rules. There was such an over load that important info were extremely hard to find, like the room codes!! When called, the owner did not answer the phone. Instead sent an ai recorded general message. The wouldn't send details directly 'as I don't know you!' We yeah you dont know me as I am a traveller booking accomodation.
The photos of the kitchen are fraudulent in the listing. They disconnected the stove and oven as people have 'taken advantage' in the past. They also limit what foods to in microwave and ban 'smelly foods', whatever that means.
There were even more rules everywhere throughout the house. Even instructions on how to walk down a staircase. 'Hold the railing' etc. Absolutely controlling and very off putting.
One of the rules was to be quiet on weekends when her son was visiting. Sorry but you should noy be hosting if you expect silence and a significany amount of rules like this.
The bathroom had seriously disgusting. Deep mould and a water leak on the ceiling.
Very glad I was only there 1 night!
